With a diverse background that includes ownership of the rapidly growing Cam Johnson Insurance Agency and distinguished service in the United States Marine Corps, where he completed two combat deployments and was awarded a Purple Heart, Cameron is well-equipped to lead the company’s operations. His tactical approach to overcoming challenges, honed through years of high-stakes environments in both business and military service, is instrumental in guiding Auxesis toward its mission. As COO, Cameron is deeply committed to combating the mental health crisis by driving initiatives that raise awareness, break down stigmas, and provide vital resources to those in need. Lance Minor – CEO
Lance Minor is a dynamic keynote speaker, proven leader, and seasoned entrepreneur—a true polymath with a diverse background spanning strategic and operational planning, leadership development, training & education, emerging technology, pop culture, gender studies, and mental health.
As the Director of The Forum for Family Enterprise at Wichita State University, he plays a pivotal role in driving organizational change and resilience. Utilizing Bowenian and family systems theories, he collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and consultants to foster business growth and family harmony.
With over two decades of experience in coaching and mentoring—much of it rooted in Jungian theories—Lance specializes in guiding individuals and organizations through transformational experiences. He holds advanced degrees in English and American Literature and is pursuing a second graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with specialized training in trauma, family dynamics, and archetypes of masculinity.
